Frank is the President and the Managing Partner for FY Consulting, which provides consulting and training services in ISO Family of Standards, Lean Enterprise, Six Sigma Improvement Methodology and Supply Chain Management, to the process and service industries. In the last 20 years, he has brought over 100 manufacturing and service companies under ISO 9001, 14001, 13485, 27001, AS 9100, 9120 and IATF 16949 certification.
Frank is a Certified Six-Sigma Black Belt professional with over 35 years of experience. He holds a BS and MS in Chemical Engineering and is a Certified Lead Quality Management Systems Auditor.
Ron has over 35 years of experience in active pharmaceutical ingredients and fine chemical manufacturing. His work experience includes manufacturing leadership roles in Monsanto and Johnson & Johnson along with supporting multiple manufacturing consulting firms. He is well-versed in multiple compliance arenas including Quality Management Systems, supply chain management, facility management, as well as records management performing many QSM and lean assessments.
He is a Six-Sigma Black Belt, ASQ Quality Manager and previously a Process Excellence leader at Johnson & Johnson and a State of Delaware Quality (Malcolm Baldrige) lead examiner.
Ron holds a BS in Chemical Engineering, a MS in International Management and a MBA.
Mr. Niaz has 25+ years of technical and business management experience in the areas of IT Infrastructure, Service System development, IT Governance, Service Delivery, Operations and IT Security, in Government and Private sectors (industrial/non-industrial) such as Motorola, AT&T, US DoL, US Federal Courts, etc.
He is a Certified CFCP – FISMA (Federal Information Security Management Act), Federal IT Manager, COTR and Authorized Instructor and Certified Lead Appraiser (DEV and SVC) of DoD sponsored quality program - Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) from CMMI Institute of Carnegie Mellon University.
Mr. Scarpa has over 25 years of experience in Manufacturing and Process Automation. Drawing upon Lean Manufacturing fundamentals, a strong Engineering Technology background and experience in the field of Quality Management Systems, Nick has led many process improvement efforts which have reduced waste, improved quality and increased production throughput.
He has a Masters Degree in Engineering Management, Project Management Certification and B.S. in Engineering Technology from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
Jim has thirty years of management experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, pharmaceutical engineering, computer systems validation, technical services and research and development. He is an internationally recognized expert on process and systems validation and has extensive knowledge of pharmaceutical and BPC manufacturing technology.
Jim has an M.B.A. (Pharmaceutical Studies) from Fairleigh Dickinson University, an MS in Chemical Engineering from Polytechnic Institute of New York and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Pratt Institute of Brooklyn.
